Almost home!
We are at a rest area just shy of Crossville about 136 miles away. I'm thinking maybe 6:30... Will have kids call when we get closer.

On the road again....
As our adventure comes to a close, I want to compliment our kids on a job well done. While no trip is perfect, I think they all had a good time and really finished on a high note at a concert for veterans at the Air Force Memorial. I know that there were a few chaperones shedding tears watching our kids interact with the veterans. Thank you for trusting us with your kids!

The situation at union station was a domestic dispute that a security guard had to become involved in. There is no active threat. Again, we are at the Pentagon City Mall. Thanks for your concern!
No worries! We are NOT AT UNION STATION
We are across the river at the Pentagon City Mall and will not return to the city today. All is well and we are not in danger. We are headed to Arlington in 30 minutes.
